With our Wedding Day Management service, you can relax and enjoy your wedding day while we handle all the coordination and details. We'll work with you in the final months leading up to the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly, leaving you free to focus on what really matters. Let us bring your vision to life and take care of all the logistics, so you can savor every moment of your special day. This package includes: - (1) Introductory welcome call, go over AislePlanner + Handoff Process - (2-3) Advisory check-in video call meetings (scheduled when you officially book) - (1) Venue walkthrough and finals meeting to go over your layout & timeline. - Optional- Orchestration of Wedding rehearsal scheduled 1-2 nights before the big day. - 10-15+ hours of full service on the day of - A Professional and fun LVLF coordination team (2-3 ppl depending on total guest count) on the day of to make sure everything runs smoothly. - Complimentary online planning dashboard complete with detailed checklist, budget, timeline, vendor contacts and more. -Recommendations on vendors, wedding etiquette and wedding related questions. -Assistance with creation of minute-to-minute wedding day timeline (depending on when package is booked). - Communication with vendors and details 1 month and 2 weeks out. - Point of contact for vendors day of and day before wedding. - Set-up and takedown of decoration items including (but not limited to): Candles, Table numbers, Seating Arrangement, Signage. -Coordination and execution of the whole wedding day from start to finish. -These prices are created for wedding guest count of up to 175 people within Los Angeles & Orange County. Additional costs may apply depending on total guest count, venue outside of LA/OC, multiple locations, rush, setup&breakdown and additional staff needed. Final pricing will depend on total guest count, locations, timeframe etc, please reach out for an accurate proposal!
