About Chiell Ann
"Shell " like a seashell, I know, that's different! I was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently live in Orange County, CA. I Graduated from UC Irvine (zot zot!!) My previous job as the VP/Director of Operations for a premium beauty brand was a lifetime experience where I learned how to work a startup brand and build up. My biggest and most recent blessings are my three children (currently 3 under 5 years old!) and supportive husband.
My motivation and intentions to create a better world for her and our family are even stronger. I truly believe love is the essence of life, and being able to design your best life is my true purpose.
Our mission is to make every event phenomenally unique through creative vision and smooth planning. In addition to that, we truly LOVE LOVE and believe in the sanctity of marriage, it is the start of a very exciting journey for a new generation. If you ask us our "why" and core values, I dug deep into our hearts and concluded we do this for the love of our children and family. We want to create a better world for future generations and shape a bright, creative, and safe future.
Although we have our hands full (literally), our natural planning and coordinating techniques blend into our personal lives to create that balance that is needed to run a home and a successful business. So excited to celebrate with you.

I'm Emily Sue, also born and raised in Los Angeles, now living in Pasadena, CA. I enjoy people watching, dogs, and a good book. My interest in events and planning arose when I was in my teens watching the movie "The Wedding Planner" with Jennifer Lopez and wanting to do exactly what she did...making people's wedding dreams a reality. Years later, my own dream became a reality as I now have the honor and pleasure of helping to create priceless memories for couples. So it comes naturally for me to have the utmost excitement that our team gets to take part in celebrating with you on your special day. Cheers!
What are some of your hobbies?
My main hobby nowadays is mom life, but besides that I do enjoy traveling, reading a good book, a quick jog around the neighborhood, or even just hanging out drinking boba.
About Dalavy
My name is Dalavy (Daa-luh-vee), but you can call me Dal! I’ve lived in Long Beach all my life, but I spend a lot of time in Los Angeles and Orange County. I recently graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Entertainment & Tourism. My passion for event planning began in high school when I was Senior Class President and had the opportunity to plan what every teenager dreams about…PROM! I loved getting the chance to plan this once in a lifetime event for my senior class and now I’m so excited to be a part of another once in a lifetime event for all of our clients.
In 2021, I started working as a Day of Coordinator and fell in love with all the craziness and chaos of weddings. I have experience working weddings from Palm Springs all the way up to Santa Barbara! Recently, I had the opportunity to help coordinate a sustainable fashion show in LA to celebrate Earth Month!
Outside of work, I like running, yoga, dancing, and hanging out with my cat, Gus. We can’t wait to help you celebrate your love and life!

About Makayla Okimoto
Hi there! My name is Makayla and I’m from Southern California, currently residing in Orange County. After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Psychology, I was unsure of what was next for me. It turns out, it was in plain sight all along!
Some children role play as doctors or chefs, but I pretended to plan events. Not only that, but I grew up on intensely decorated themed parties, just for my immediate family and I to enjoy. Who knew that the living room could double as an “under the sea” paradise? During high school, I even led the plans for our Homecoming Dance and it’s a memory I’ll never forget!
Upon joining the LVLF team, I immediately fell head over heels for the wedding world. It is truly an honor to celebrate love and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing our couples enjoy their big day.
In my free time, I can be found hanging out with family, trying new food, and cuddling with all of my fur babies.

My name is Emily and I am originally from Northern California, but I now call the beautiful Orange County my home. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychological & Brain Sciences and Master’s in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara, but my true passion has always been event planning.
From coordinating high school rallies and dances to bringing dream weddings to life, I’ve always loved curating unforgettable celebrations that bring people together. My favorite part of weddings is the pure love and joy that radiates from the couple and their loved ones surrounding them—it’s an honor to be part of such a special day.
When I’m not at weddings, you can find me indulging in arts and crafts, DIY projects, or enjoying the beach and a game of volleyball. We are so excited to make your big day seamless, stress-free, and full of magic!
