Always More, Never Less: Jane & Jon's 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

Some celebrations mark the beginning of a marriage, while others honor the beautiful journey that follows.

When Jane and Jon approached us about planning an intimate anniversary dinner to celebrate ten years together, we were immediately drawn to the thoughtfulness behind their vision. Rather than a traditional wedding celebration, they wanted an evening that honored their story, their families, and the cultures that have shaped their lives together.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Yamashiro Hollywood, the evening brought together their closest family and friends for a celebration that felt both elegant and deeply personal. Every detail was intentionally chosen to reflect their Korean and Argentinian heritage. The color palette drew inspiration from both flags, weaving together rich reds and deep blues with soft blues and warm gold accents. Florals were thoughtfully selected to echo flowers native to each country, creating a design that felt meaningful without being overly literal.

One of our favorite details was the traditional Korean gift bags prepared for each guest. Filled with treats representing both cultures, they served as a beautiful reflection of Jane and Jon's desire to share pieces of their heritage with the people they love most. Inside each bag was a pair of custom chopsticks engraved with the phrase "Siempre más, nunca menos" — "Always more, never less."

As the evening unfolded, Jon shared the story behind those words during a heartfelt speech. Reflecting on the ten years he and Jane have spent together, he explained that the phrase represents the way he views their relationship: that with every passing year, he loves her more, never less. It was a simple sentiment, yet one that perfectly captured the spirit of the evening and the depth of their partnership.

What made this celebration so memorable wasn't just the beautiful setting or thoughtful details—it was the intention behind every choice. Jane and Jon created an evening that honored where they've come from, the life they've built together, and the people who have been part of their journey along the way.
