How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?
Ideally, it's recommended to book a wedding planner 12-18 months in advance to ensure availability and enough time to plan every detail. However, no matter where you are in your planning process, we’re here to help!
How do we communicate during the planning process?
We offer multiple communication options to fit your preferences, including phone calls, video chats, emails, WhatsApp and in-person meetings. We’ll make sure to stay in close contact and keep you updated on every detail of your wedding planning journey.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer two simple options. You can pay in full at booking, or split your investment into four installments with a small admin fee. A 25% retainer secures your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is spaced evenly leading up to your wedding, with the final payment due two weeks before your date. We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit card, and ACH.
How many weddings do you take each year?
We intentionally cap the number of weddings each of our planners takes on every year. This gives us the time and energy to truly get to know you, stay on top of every detail, and be fully present when it matters most. When you work with us, you're never just another date on the calendar.

Do you plan multicultural weddings?
Yes, and it's one of our favorite things to do! We love helping couples blend cultures, faiths, and family traditions into one celebration that feels true to both of them. From fusion ceremonies to multi-day events, we plan every moment with care and respect for what matters most to your families. We'll take time to learn the meaning behind each tradition, coordinate the details, and make sure every part of your story is honored.
Can you help with destination weddings?
Absolutely! We plan celebrations near and far, and we work remotely with couples from anywhere who want to marry in Southern California. For weddings outside our local area, travel and accommodation fees apply and are outlined in your proposal. ​
Do you provide wedding design services?
Yes! We offer design services that include theme development, color palettes, floral arrangements, and décor styling. We’d be happy to share examples of our previous work and feel free to look over at our portfolio page.

Do you plan corporate or social events?
We do! From team celebrations and client events to milestone birthdays and showers, we bring the same care and polish to every gathering. Many of our events come to life at Social Suite, our own event space, where we can handle everything from design to day-of details in one place. Can you help with choosing a wedding venue?
Of course! We can guide you through the venue selection process by recommending places that fit your vision, budget, and guest count. We will also assist in researching more options or reaching out to ones you’re already interested in. We’re happy to help you explore different venues, from local gems to well-known spots!
Why don't you offer just day-of coordination?
We offer wedding day management, which begins 1 to 3 months before your date. That lead time lets us confirm every vendor, finalize your timeline, and solve problems before they happen. So on the day, you simply enjoy it.
Can I meet you before booking?
We’d love to meet with you first to get to know each other and chat about your vision for the big day. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions, share your ideas, and make sure we’re the right fit for your needs. It's important to feel comfortable and excited about moving forward!
Because of this, popular dates can fill quickly, so we recommend reaching out early.
What's the difference between your services?
We offer three levels of planning, so you can choose the support that fits your life.
Full Service Planning and Design is for newly engaged couples who want us leading the way from day one. It's perfect if you're busy, feeling overwhelmed, or simply want an expert handling every detail, from venue and vendors to design and your wedding day.
Partial Planning is for couples who've booked their venue and are in the thick of planning, usually 6 to 8 months out. We work side by side as your guide and sounding board, then take over as your main point of contact with vendors at the 90-day mark.
Wedding Day Management is for organized couples who've done most of the planning themselves. We step in 1 to 3 months before your wedding to confirm every detail, build your timeline, and run the day so you can be fully present.
