Jessica and Andrew’s June outdoor wedding at Jewel of Ortega in San Juan Capistrano was the perfect mix of heartfelt, fun, and beautifully personal moments. The couple booked our 3 Month Wedding Day Management package, allowing our team to step in and tie together all of their planning details for one seamless celebration.

Getting Ready: Sweet Starts and Special Connections
The morning began with hair and makeup by Bridal Babes OC, as Jessica got ready surrounded by her closest friends. One of the sweetest moments was when she FaceTimed her mom, who couldn’t be there in person, to share her excitement and love before walking down the aisle. It was such a touching reminder of how love finds a way to be present, no matter the distance.
First Look and Photos
Jessica and Andrew shared a first look that set the tone for the rest of the day. . . calm, genuine, and full of laughter. Afterward, they took romantic portraits and bridal party photos with Ashley Stedman Photography, capturing the natural beauty of Jewel of Ortega’s backdrop behind them.

The Outdoor Wedding Ceremony: Nature as the Perfect Setting
The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by the venue’s serene landscape. Vinny's Plants and Flowers designed timeless white and green florals that perfectly complemented the property’s natural charm. Guests enjoyed a warm, intimate atmosphere as Jessica and Andrew exchanged vows.
While the couple took family photos and signed their marriage certificate afterwards, guests mingled during cocktail hour before transitioning into the reception space, beautifully accented by rentals from Click Event Rentals and accommodations by A Seat Above.
Dinner, Dancing, and Meaningful Moments
Dinner was catered by Borracho Tacos, with delicious cocktails and bar service by Señor Bartender. The reception was then filled by heartfelt speeches and a round of applause for Jessica’s mom (when the song they had planned to dance to together played). It was a moment that left not a single dry eye in the room.
Jessica later danced with her kids, and Andrew shared a sweet dance with his mom before the celebration truly kicked into high gear. Jesse from Extreme DJ Service kept the dance floor alive all night, and guests enjoyed snapping photos at the photo booth between sets.

Sweet Endings & Fun Surprises
After cutting their cake from La Espiga De Oro to the song “Cut It,” guests gathered for a group photo and bubble send-off moment before the open dance floor officially began. Late-night snacks of pizza and donuts kept everyone fueled for more fun, followed by a bouquet toss and a garter toss kicked off with the NFL theme song, complete with a football throw of course!
The energy, laughter, and love that filled the night made Jessica and Andrew’s day one to remember. Every detail, from the decor to the music, reflected who they are as a couple: warm, lively, and full of heart.
