A Luxe, High-Energy Celebration at Vibiana: Ken & Trish’s Wedding Day

Ken and Trish’s October wedding at Vibiana was the perfect blend of modern flair, cultural tradition, and thoughtful design. As 3 Month Wedding Day Management clients, they came to us with an incredibly specific vision and trusted our team to bring every moving piece together seamlessly. Vibiana’s historic architecture paired beautifully with their bold, elevated style, and every moment of the day felt intentional, lively, and full of personality.
Getting Ready: Glam, Style, and a Dream Entrance
Trish’s morning began at the Intercontinental Hotel LA, where she got hair and makeup done by Tam Vo. Ken got ready onsite at Vibiana with a private barber house-call, setting the tone for a polished and stylish day.
One of the standout early moments? Trish arriving at Vibiana in her Corvette, a cinematic entrance that made for incredible footage captured by Simply Best Photography and Kim Films.
Inside, Trish shared emotional first looks with her bridesmaids in the Cardinal’s Quarters, followed by a first look with the groomsmen. She and Ken then shared their own heartfelt first look in Vibiana’s courtyard.
Ceremony: A Unique Welcome & A Stunning Setting
As guests arrived, they were greeted with a Yakult tower, before taking their seats for the ceremony.
To maintain the element of surprise, Lotus Event Pros installed elegant draping that blocked any sneak peeks into the reception setup, allowing guests to experience a true “wow” moment later in the evening.
The florals by Moss & Meadow Designs transformed the space with lush, romantic arrangements that highlighted Vibiana’s architecture.

Cocktail Hour & Reception Reveal
While guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the courtyard, our team, paired with the Vibiana staff, coordinated the full ceremony-to-reception flip inside the main hall. During this time, Ken and Trish had a private reception reveal, practiced their first dance, and took in the space before guests entered.
Reception Highlights: Energy, Entertainment & Personal Touches
The evening kicked off with a grand entrance, followed by dinner, speeches, and lots of entertainment led by DJ Jazzy Jangsoon and MC Anto.
After the couple did an outfit change, guests enjoyed watching them play the shoe game. Eventually, guests got on their feet and participated in the scavenger hunt, keeping the energy high and the fun nonstop.
Late-night treats included a ramen bar, Wanderlust Creamery, and a dessert table by CC Cake LA.
The couple cut their cake before surprising guests with electrifying performances by Ane Thanh Lion Dance, a cultural highlight that had the room cheering. Guests also enjoyed the photo booth by 8Bit Photobooth and contributed to the couple’s keepsakes by drawing themselves on a guest sign and leaving messages via an After the Tone audio guest book. Fun fact, the guest book phone was placed inside Vibiana’s cathedral-style confessional booth!
A Perfectly Coordinated Day
With an intentional vision and an incredible vendor team, Ken and Trish’s day was dynamic, stylish, and completely unique to them. From the Corvette entrance to the late-night ramen bar, every moment was curated with purpose, and it was an honor for our team to bring it all to life.
