Behind the Scenes: Love and Life Events Team Photoshoot + Vendor Spotlight: The Lounge Booth

At Love and Life Events, our work is rooted in connection, and not just between our couples, but also within our own team. This summer, we hosted a team photo shoot to capture the faces behind the timelines, decor setup, and wedding day magic. As our team has recently grown, it felt like the perfect time to document who we are, celebrate how far we've come, and show up as the polished (and fun!) crew that our couples have come to know and love.

But like any event, we couldn't have done it without a few key players. Our vendor spotlight for florals that are modern, effortless, and editorial-worthy, Hadley & Ren is a name to know. Their floral arrangements added the perfect touch of softness, texture, and movement to our shoot, elevating every corner of our set with their creative eye and curated approach. Known for crafting floral designs that feel both intentional and organic, Hadley & Ren is unique in that they combine both silk and classic florals. From romantic arches to minimalist table centerpieces, they offer a fresh take on floral artistry that aligns beautifully with contemporary SoCal weddings.

Rentals from Bright Event Rentals

We partnered with Bright Event Rentals to furnish our space, and their collection did not disappoint. With a wide selection of tables, chairs, backdrops, lounge pieces, and tabletop details, they helped us curate a clean and cohesive look that reflected our brand and vision. Even better? They have a convenient showroom in Orange County, making it easy for local couples to view inventory in person and piece together a design that feels right for their wedding day. With service regions across California and Arizona, Bright is a rental partner we love turning to for high-end, dependable, and design-forward event needs.

Celebrating Our Growing Team

With several new coordinators joining us in the past few months, this shoot was also a

celebration of our team’s expansion. As a Southern California-based wedding company, we’re so proud to continue growing with talented, passionate planners and coordinators who are just as obsessed with making wedding dreams come true as the rest of us.
