Stunning Banquet Style Wedding- Incredible Room Flip! | Stacy and Jeffery

This wedding day was no doubt one for the books, and one of the most gorgeous banquet room flips I have seen! At the Sheraton San Gabriel Hotel in Los Angeles, our couple Stacy and Jeffery celebrated their love on a warm August Saturday. This stunning day was planned with incredible detail and I loved all of the unique touches they added throughout the day to make it a truly memorable celebration. Their ceremony was held on the venue's gorgeous and sunny rooftop where our vendor production team transformed the space with tenting and draping. Cocktail hour commenced in the foyer outside of the banquet hall, which was where the transformation took place. The Lotus Events Pros Production team completely flipped the space into a ethereal, all white space that was truly breathtaking.

Upon arrival, guests made their way to the rooftop courtyard for ceremony. Directly before the ceremony space was a champagne tower for guests to enjoy a welcome glass of bubbles and cheers to the newlyweds. They even added personalized hearts engraved with the couples initials and wedding date for an extra special touch. The outdoor ceremony space was decorated with elegant blush and white floral arrangements, done by The Flower Boutique, and rows of gold and white chiavari chairs situated under the gorgeous white tenting and drapery. Each guest seat got a fan to use for cooling off on this hot summer day, which doubled as the event itinerary as well. The ceremony was beautiful and a tear jerker no doubt. The couple tied the knot with all their favorite people and then guests made their way to the cocktail hour area inside the hotel, where they enjoyed sipping on the signature bar cocktails selected by the couple . A grand gold and white seating chart sat at the end of the hall, allowing easy viewing for guests to find their seating assignments.

After cocktail hour, guests were ushered into the ceremony space and the incredible transformation was revealed. Originally the room had a printed brown and yellow carpet, brown paneled walls, and beautiful crystal light fixtures. The room was almost unrecognizable when we were done with it. Stunning white carpeting covered the floors, and a white dance floor was installed with a personalized logo for the couple. The walls were covered from floor to ceiling with white pipe and drape and an all white stage for the couple's sweetheat and dessert table was front and center. The all white room highlighted the stunning crystal light fixtures hanging from the high ceilings. It was a breathtaking event space! Each table round was complete with a lazy susan in the middle to accommodate for their family style dinner. Each place setting also had a personalized cookie with the couple's initials as a party favor. In the corner of the banquet room there was an adorable boba bar with his and her boba drinks done by Mmcreamery. They also provided ice cream push pops and light up cotton candy sticks, which was a huge hit with all the kids!

Once guests were settled at their tables the bridal party danced their way in for the grand entrance followed by the newlyweds. Upon entrance the couple went straight into their first dance with cold sparklers going off behind them, adding the perfect dramatic touch. After their dance, dinner was served which was a complete 10-course Chinese dinner, catered by the venue. There was no doubt more than enough delicious food and many guests were even able to go home with to-go boxes of leftovers! After the couple ate their dinner, they made table rounds to talk to all their guests and do a celebratory cheers with each table. This also allowed the couple to ensure that they got a photo with each one of their guests. After dinner, they did their cake cutting on the main stage. There were dry ice buckets surrounding the cake creating a mystical and magical fog surrounding the couple as they cut their cake. another stunning dramatic touch! After cake cutting they did their bouquet toss and invited all their guests to the dance floor for a big group photo prior to opening the dance floor. From them on out it was dancing and boogying the night away! Guests drank and danced until the night's end, and the happy couple was sent off with a grand exit by all their guests!
